Structured project management for digital projects
Escalt plans, steers and delivers complex IT projects — on schedule, transparently and economically, with a clear view of progress, costs and risks at all times.
When professional project management is decisive
Project management becomes especially important when digital projects involve several parties, high technical complexity and firm constraints. Typical situations:
- Several internal and external parties need to be coordinated
- Time, budget or resources are clearly limited
- Technical complexity is high, for instance in software development, interfaces or migrations
- Agile and classic project methods are to be combined
- Nearshore teams are part of the project
- Digitalization or IT modernization needs to be delivered predictably

Digitalbonus Bayern: up to 50% subsidy
The Digitalbonus Bayern programme funds digitalization projects of small and medium-sized companies with up to 50% of the eligible costs: up to 7,500 euros with Digitalbonus Standard and up to 30,000 euros with Digitalbonus Plus. In the initial consultation, Escalt checks whether your project qualifies and helps you prepare the application. The company must submit the application itself via its ELSTER business account — that is a requirement of the programme. Important: the project must not have started yet; a binding order already counts as a start.
Often combined
At Escalt, project management is not a separate product but the bracket around strategy, development and operations.
