Industries where we are at home
A plumbing business needs something different from a private clinic, and something different again from a materials manufacturer. What stays the same is the way we work: first understand how the business actually runs, then digitalize.
Skilled trades and construction
Businesses where the work happens on site and the office runs on the side. The typical starting point is not a wish for new software but the feeling that too much is left undone: inquiries, quotes, invoices. That is exactly where we start — with a website that actually collects inquiries, and a workflow in which nothing gets lost any more.
Proven by TEUS Haustechnik (plumbing and heating, Garching) and PioNa Baukonzept (construction and drywall, Reichertshausen) — both started from zero — as well as MS-Objektdienste (facility and assembly services, Steinhöring). More on the page digitalization for skilled trades and under references.
Healthcare
Practices, clinics and health centres. Two things matter here: being found, and a practice that runs without IT disruptions. Patient data makes privacy a duty, not an option — accordingly we are conservative about what is used and where data is processed.
Proven by the private clinic Dr. med. Kümpel (aesthetic surgery, Berlin and Mallorca), Consports Physiotherapie (Unterhaching, more than 24,000 patients on file) and the KIOR Health Center (Munich). In addition, Vitalpflege GmbH, an outpatient care service for Munich and the surrounding area. Delivered: websites, multilingual web presences, online appointment booking, SEO and ongoing IT support.
Industry and manufacturing
Manufacturers and technical businesses, often internationally positioned. The questions here are different: systems that have grown over years, several locations, an IT landscape that no longer fully belongs to anyone. We bring order to it instead of replacing it.
Proven by Hermith GmbH (Munich), an international supplier of titanium alloys for aerospace, automotive and medical technology. Delivered: IT infrastructure, ongoing IT support, website plus SEO and AIO.
Hotels and hospitality
Houses where direct bookings through their own website make the difference against the portals' commissions. What matters is that website and booking system work together cleanly — and that the technology in the house just runs, without anyone at reception having to look after it.
Proven by the Alpen Hotel Villa Bello in Berchtesgaden-Oberau, a spa hotel in the Berchtesgaden Alps. Delivered: the website with booking-system integration and ongoing IT support.
Tax advisory and professional firms
Professional firms live on trust, and today the first impression is formed before the first phone call. What is needed is a presence that radiates seriousness without appearing stiff — and that presents a firm's focus areas so that a client can tell whether they are in the right place.
Proven by two firms at the same Munich address, both of which received their website from us: the Steuerkanzlei Fuierer and the Cosmotax Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, the latter multilingual for its predominantly international clientele.
A note that saves time here: liberal professions — and that includes tax advisors — are excluded from the Digitalbonus Bayern. For professional firms a project therefore has to pay for itself — or not.
Consulting and services
Small consulting and service businesses, often just a handful of people and without their own IT. Here the public presence is the tool that sells — it has to convince and it has to be found. And when the technology fails, there is nobody in-house to take care of it.
Proven by AR Sales Experts (Miesbach), a sales consultancy for B2B companies that also supports foreign providers entering the German market, and Haberstumpf Immobilien (Munich), which combines property sales with architectural staging. Both engagements began with IT consulting; the outcome was a website and ongoing IT support. For Oksana Nikiforova, a dance coach in Vienna, the web presence was built from zero — along with the automation of lesson inquiries and outreach to new students. In the same situation — a small team or a single person, no own IT — was ejka.org, a non-profit organization for which we took over IT infrastructure and website.
What is the same in every industry
It starts with consulting
Almost every one of these projects began with an assessment, not with an order. Only when it is clear where the business actually loses time — and which part of that is worth changing — does an implementation plan emerge. That is why IT consulting appears so often as the first service in the references, and why some conversations end with the recommendation to do less than originally intended.
Ongoing IT support instead of firefighting
For several clients we look after the IT permanently — not only during the project, but in daily operations afterwards. That is the difference between a provider who delivers a project and disappears, and one who knows how your systems fit together when something jams.
AI resolves a lot immediately
A substantial share of day-to-day requests are recurring questions and standard cases. With AI-based support these can be answered and processed straight away instead of being queued. What remains are the cases that genuinely need a human — and those then actually get the attention.
Nearshore when the scope demands it
For larger projects we bring in development teams within the EU when needed. Project management, architecture and responsibility stay in Germany, data processing stays in the EU. Smaller projects do not need this — then everything stays in-house.
Your industry is not listed?
This list only names industries with completed projects behind them. It grows with the projects. The way we work is not tied to any industry anyway: we start with your workflows, not with an off-the-shelf solution. A short conversation quickly clarifies whether it fits.
Often combined
Which services come into play depends on the project — not on the industry.
